What is Fatoora Cloud?
Fatoora Cloud is BytesRaw's cloud-based invoicing and business management platform, fully integrated with ZATCA for Saudi e-invoicing compliance. It runs on Odoo Community with BytesRaw's custom enhancements.
Is Fatoora Cloud ZATCA compliant?
Yes. Fatoora Cloud is fully integrated with the ZATCA portal for e-invoicing compliance in Saudi Arabia.
What is the minimum subscription?
Fatoora Cloud requires a minimum 6-month commitment. There is no monthly or short-term plan.
How does user pricing work?
The Basic plan is 75 SAR/month and includes 2 users. Each extra user is +20 SAR/month. Add-on prices are flat (not per user) and apply once to the subscription.
Can I get custom features added?
No — Fatoora Cloud only ships with BytesRaw's built-in add-ons. If you need custom development, please contact BytesRaw about our Odoo Customization or Custom Application Development services instead.
