You can ask Shifai Global Company, trading as BytesRaw, to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how. It covers our websites, our products, and data we receive through our accounts and applications on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube.

1. How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", or open a ticket on our helpdesk. Please include:

• your full name and the email address or phone number you used with us;
• the product or website concerned (for example BytesRaw or Fatoora Cloud);
• for data from a social media platform, the platform and your username on it;
• what you would like deleted, if not everything.

Where possible, write from the email address registered on your account, so we can confirm the request comes from you.

2. What happens next

• We confirm receipt of your request and, if needed, ask for information to verify your identity.
• We delete or anonymize your personal data within thirty (30) days of verifying the request.
• We tell you when the deletion is complete, and about anything we are required to keep.

3. What we may need to keep

We keep only what the law requires or what is needed to protect legal rights, for example:

• invoices and accounting records, for the period required by tax and commercial law;
• records needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
• a minimal record of your deletion request itself.

4. Fatoora Cloud business data

The data inside a Fatoora Cloud environment belongs to the business that subscribes to it. A deletion request for that data must come from the account owner of that business. If you are a client of one of our customers and appear on their invoices, please contact that business directly.

5. Removing our access on social media platforms

You can delete your own comments and messages, and remove the connection to any BytesRaw application, in each platform's settings. On Facebook, for example: go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, select the application, and choose Remove. You can then send us the request described above to have the data we received deleted from our systems.
